This week's challenge is all about marking a starting point from which you can measure your progress over the weeks and months to come. To add some structure to the challenge, you have a set of smaller challenges to complete for each day of the week. Use this week as a testing week and see what improvements you can make over time. I've added this week's challenges to an app you can download for you to easily record your results.
