WHAT DO I NEED?

The workouts will predominantly use a set of medium dumbbells so this is minimum you will need. There will be times when we just use one dumbbell, in which if you have a selection of dumbbells you can use a heavier one, but this is not essential. I will also programme the use of resistance bands for those that have them but will give modifications for those that don't. 

WHO IS IT FOR?

The classes are for people who enjoy working out hard and being pushed. Your ability doesn't matter as you can scale exercises to make them more manageable and slow down the pace to make it comfortable for you. However the workouts are intense so this is for people who are willing to push hard to get results.

WHAT IF I WANT  TO CANCEL?

ICONS ONLY package is available for purchase on a monthly basis. Once you have purchased your package, you cannot cancel your purchase for that month. Your access is automatically renewed once 1 month has passed. However you can terminate the automatic renewal at any time.  To do this, either click cancel via your orders page, or email me at connor@connorminney.com and I will cancel it for you immediately. You will still have access to the classes for the rest of the month.

HOW ARE THE WORKOUTS DESIGNED?

The ICONS ONLY workouts are 50 minutes and will include a warm up and a cool down. The main bulk of the classes will be focusing on a different muscle group each day and have been meticulously programmed in order to reap the best results. The workouts will have a strength element and a conditioning element so you will improve your muscle tone whilst also burning fat and working your cardio-respiratory system.

NOW WHAT DO I DO? 

Once you've purchased the ICONS ONLY package, you're set and ready. All you have to do is log in and visit the ICONS ONLY page in the Members Area to access the dumbbell classes. Visit the BODYWEIGHT page for the no-dumbbell classes.
