WHAT IS THE ICONIQUE SATURDAY 11:15?

During my time at Barry's, my Saturday 11:15 class would sell out in minutes with the hardest working clients all coming together to do my hardest class of the week! The energy in the room was unbelievable because everybody was there to hustle! Now, The Iconique Saturday 11:15 has moved online and is a 1 hour killer, full body dumbbell workout for those people that loved to get pushed to their limits!

I call these people, ICONS! 

These live classes run once a week every week. They're live on Zoom but also recorded in HD quality and embedded on the website after for those who can't make 11:15.

All you need is two medium/heavy dumbbells and occasionally a chair and resistance band.
