The runs are a series of running workouts I designed. Each run is to a DJ mix by me, with a voiceover of my guided run over the top. Each run will focus on either Strength, Speed or Endurance and will be between 30 and 40 minutes long. These runs were made for outdoor running but I have a conversion chart below for treadmills.
